On 8th and 9th of March, the second transnational meeting of DISENEX – Disability Entrepreneurship Expert (2020-1-DE02-KA204-007739), Erasmus+, KA204, Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Strategic partnership for adult education, has been carried out in the CEIPES office, which hosted partners from Norway (Fønix AS), Slovenia (OZARA; which attended online), Germany (INTAMT) and Turkey (Izmir Governorship), with the purpose to meet the goals in the best possible way.
The main objective of DISENEX is the promotion of the self-entrepreneurship of disabled people, giving the right tools to who wants to get involved, exceeding the stereotype and the lack of accessibility.
The partners discussed about methodology, guidelines, motivation and the creation of a learning film. It will tell the stories of disabled entrepreneurs coming from each country of the partnership, showing how they funded their own enterprise, the support they had, their success and their issues, inspiring other people to move toward the self-entrepreneurship.
Besides that, the project has the purpose to train new possible self-employed people through the development of a E-learning platform. In fact, during the meeting, CEIPES presented its draft, with tools about specific topics related to the business, such as planning, management, finances and mobilizing resources.
As next steps, the partners will focus on the shooting of the entrepreneurs, as well as on the best ways to motivate people and to disseminate the project’s results.
