The end of the project collaboration and its results

Apr 26, 2023

The project “DISENEX-Disability and Entrepreneurship” ended on March 31, 2023, after a two-and-a-half-year duration.

“DISENEX” was a follow-up project to “DISEMEX-Disability Employment Expert,” which the consortium executed from 2018 to 2020. Both projects had the common objective of fostering the employment of people with disabilities.

Throughout the DISENEX project, the consortium worked hard to create motivational and learning tools that would aid in promoting entrepreneurship among individuals with disabilities. The partners designed a methodology and a DISENEX profile centered on motivation and support mechanisms. They also evaluated relevant existing learning programs on self-employment and best practices of entrepreneurs in each consortium country, producing a mini-series of videos.

Motivation, learning courses, the textual stories and the miniseries are a key feature of the project, which are available via the DISENEX portal at www.disenex.infoproject.eu.

The mini-series about entrepreneurs is also available on the INTAMT YouTube channel accessible through the link.

The consortium’s goal is to disseminate the project’s outcomes and raise awareness about the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market. This endeavor will help ensure that people with disabilities have the same opportunity to become entrepreneurs and contribute to their communities’ growth.

Don’t forget to visit the social media pages on FacebookInstagramTwitterLinkedIn and YouTube to stay updated on the consortium’s activities and on the project topics.

By supporting this initiative, we can help create a more inclusive and fair society for everyone.
